Remote IT support
For problems that don't need someone at your door. We connect to your computer with your permission, fix it while you watch, and tell you what we did.
Prepaid: $99 for the first half hour, then $199 an hour.
Pricing
Remote help is prepaid. The first half hour is $99, paid before we start. After that it's $199 an hour. If it looks like the job will run past the first half hour, we tell you before we keep going.
The $99 on-site visit fee doesn't apply to remote sessions.
What works well remotely
- Email that won't send or sync, and calendar or contact problems.
- Software that won't install, update or open.
- Slow computers, pop-ups and browser problems.
- Printer drivers and settings.
- Account setup, two-step sign-in and password manager setup.
- Questions about a suspicious email or message before you click anything.
Problems with Wi-Fi equipment, dead hardware or anything that needs hands on usually need an on-site visit instead.
How a session works
- Call or text (615) 490-0876, or book a time, and tell us what's wrong. We will tell you if it sounds like something we can fix remotely.
- Pay the $99 for the first half hour.
- At the appointment we walk you through starting a remote session. You approve it on your screen and can end it at any time.
- When we're done, we disconnect and send a short summary of what changed.
Staying safe
We only connect when you have asked us to and approved it on your screen. We will never call out of the blue asking to get on your computer, and we never ask for passwords, codes or card numbers by phone or text. If someone claiming to be tech support calls you first, hang up. See scam and virus help.

Why is remote help prepaid?
It keeps remote sessions simple. You pay for the first half hour before we start, and we check with you before going past it.
Do I have to install anything?
A small remote support app for the session. We walk you through it, and you approve the connection on your screen.
Can I watch what you're doing?
Yes. You see everything on your screen and can end the session whenever you like.
What if it can't be fixed remotely?
We will tell you, and you can book an on-site visit instead.
