- Printers and scanners that only work for some people.
- Backups for the computers and files the business can't lose.
- Basic security: updates, antivirus, and a look at accounts after a phishing email gets clicked.
Who it's for
Law and accounting offices, design studios, real estate teams, agencies, and family businesses with a handful of computers. Usually someone in the office has been the IT person by default, and they would rather be doing their real job.

How pricing works
On-site appointments have a $99 visit fee. If you hire us for the job, the full $99 is credited toward it. We tell you what the work will cost before we go further.
Smaller issues can often be handled with remote help, prepaid at $99 for the first half hour and $199 an hour after that.

Questions
Can you set up a new employee?
Yes. Computer, email, shared files, printers and sign-in, ready for their first day.
Can you come outside office hours?
We work Monday to Thursday until 8pm and Sundays 8am to 8pm, so work that would interrupt the office can happen after you close.
Do you handle network cabling?
New cabling is done by our sister brand, Smart Hands TN, a Telonyte company.
Is our information kept private?
Yes. What we see on your computers and in your accounts stays confidential and is used only to do the job.
